Actress Reese Witherspoon today, March 24th, took to her Instagram page to announce that she and her husband Jim Toth are divorcing just days before their 12th wedding anniversary.

Reese and Jim, a talent agent and co-head of Creative Artists where Reese is a client, began dating in 2010 and married on March 26th, 2011. They have a son together born in 2012.

Reese also has two other children with ex-husband, Ryan Phillippe.
