In a bombshell letter that his lawyers sent to Twitter executives, Elon blamed his decision on high number of spam bots and said Twitter failed to provide accurate data on the number of fake and spam accounts on the platform.

Twitter shares went down by 6% following Elon’s withdrawal to buy.

Twitter executives say they will sue him and force the deal through.
